How do I place an order?Please go to the contact page of our site and let us know what you are interested in. One of our dedicated salesmen will get back to you to start the process.

I have my own art; can you use it for my shirts?Yes, we can use art you have created. Depending on how the art is set up there might be a small editing charge. We accept formats that are in AI, vector EPS, vector PDF, and DST files.

Do you offer personalization on items?Yes, we can personalize almost any item with numbers, names, initials, or whatever you would like.

Do you offer online stores?Yes, we were one of the first companies in the area to offer online store capabilities to all our customers. There is no upfront charge for this feature and many customers also use this as a terrific way to fundraise.

What is your turnaround time?Turnaround time varies depending on items, decoration, and the time of year. We ask that you contact us, so we can provide you with current production times.

Can I come in and see you to place an order?Yes, orders are accepted via in person, phone, or email. Please reach out to us so we can schedule an appointment.

How can I pay for my order?We accept payment via cash, check, or credit card.

Can I pay for an order via a Purchase Order (PO)?Yes, Purchase Orders are accepted for orders.

Am I able to see what my items will look like before printing?Yes, before we decorate any items you will receive an electronic proof so you can view, edit, and/or approve your design.
