- All Items may be returned within 28 days from the day of the order. Items being returned must be in NEW condition. - Any item showing any sign of wear will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. - Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately. - All returns on new merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's carton and ALL associated accessories, instructions and warranty information must be included in order to receive a refund/credit. - All returned packages must be wrapped properly. - DO NOT apply labels and tape directly to the manufacturer's package. Any package received in such a condition will be refused. - All returns\exchanged will be charged an $8.00 fee which will require a money order or will be charged through Pay Pal. |
